Xtra Special Cakes specializes in Wedding, birthday, and specialty sculptured cakes. Roxann Clark has been decorating cakes for more than 30 years in the Skagit Valley and surrounding areas. Roxann worked commercially as a cake decorator and baker for 16 years prior to opening Xtra Special Cakes. She completed the Cake Box school of icing sculpture I and II in 1984. She won top honors at the Seattle Cake show for her entry of an old man relaxing in a wooden barrel hot tub.
